We deliver throughout Brazil.


The delivery time for products varies according to the zip code and the payment method chosen.

To calculate the product delivery time, simply enter your zip code in the field available. After entering your zip code, click CALCULATE. The delivery date and value will then be displayed.

NOTE: The deadline for delivery of the order will be considered once approved by the financial institution and our store, after validation of the registration data.

DELIVERY POLICY

Our deliveries are made by POST OFFICE.

Receiving the goods may be carried out by third parties, such as condominium doormen and family members, as long as they are in possession of an identification document with a photo and sign proof of receipt of the goods.

Deliveries are always made from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00.

It is not possible to schedule a date and time for deliveries of our products, as we cannot anticipate the route chosen for each region.

* Some regions have home delivery restrictions. If your region is one of these, your order will be awaiting collection at an agency to be defined by the Post Office. Delivery can be monitored using the tracking available on our website, accessing the “My Orders” option.

Shipping methods

Our deliveries are made only by post and we have the following shipping methods:

– SEDEX – Express ordering service for documents and goods.

SEDEX offers home delivery on business days, from Monday to Saturday in all municipalities in Brazil.

– PAC – Economic ordering service

It varies depending on the location of origin and destination of the shipment.

The PAC order has family delivery from Monday to Friday in all Brazilian municipalities.

Some may exceed the expected delivery time for the PAC order, which are:

– Force majeure reasons (floods, fires);

– Retention of the postal object for inspection purposes by the state tax authorities;

– Retention of the postal object by judicial authorities;

– Incomplete or incorrect address of the recipient;

– Difficulty accessing the location (irregular or low-frequency transport)

– Difficulty accessing the address indicated by the sender.

Delivery attempts

There will be 3 delivery attempts on consecutive business days. If delivery is impossible to make within these 3 days, the merchandise will be available for delivery to the post office closest to the recipient’s address for 7 calendar days. After this period, the merchandise will be returned to the sender.

Delivery at the counter of the postal unit is made exclusively to the recipient himself, or a person authorized by him, in the appropriate field of the arrival notice left by the postman.
