If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refunds and returns policy.

The following terms apply to any products you purchase from us.

Words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions will have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

The deadline for canceling an order is 7 days from the date on which you received the products or from the date on which a third party that you have designated, other than the carrier, has taken possession of the delivered product.

We will refund you within 7 days of the day we receive the returned products. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for this refund.


3. Conditions for Returns

For products to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

• – The products were purchased in the last 7 days.

• – The products are in the original packaging.

• – The products have not been used or damaged.

• – You have proof of purchase or proof of purchase.

The following products cannot be returned:

• The supply of products made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• The supply of products that, according to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate quickly or whose expiration date has expired.

• The supply of products that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery.

• The supply of products that, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions, at our sole discretion. Only regularly priced products can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.


4. Return of Products

We cannot be held responsible for products damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and tracked courier service. We will not be able to issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned products or without proof of delivery of the return.

Please be sure to properly package the products to avoid damage during transit and retain proof of shipping as evidence that the return has been made.


5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for the same, please contact us. Please note that we only exchange products that have been received faulty or damaged.


6. Gifts

If products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the products were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver had the order sent to themselves to deliver to you later, we will refund the gift-giver.
